Know what you are getting before you install. Actorly lists 27 parts of a Shopify store. It tracks 25 and does not track 2 yet. For each part: when a change shows up, whether you get the old and new value, whether it can say who changed it, and whether you can put a field back. "Some fields" is never "all fields". ## How to read the table. Yes Built for this part of your store. Some fields Built for a stated set of fields, not all of them. When Shopify reports it Depends on Shopify reporting it, so a name is not guaranteed. Not yet Planned and not built. It changes here when it ships. Not possible It can't happen. The cell gives the reason, and says whether the limit is Shopify's or Actorly's own choice. **"On a scheduled check"** Shopify sends no change notice for these 8 kinds, so Actorly looks on a schedule: weekly on Actorly Watch, daily on Actorly Restore. A change appears at the next check, not the moment it happens. ## Why it sometimes says Unknown. When something changes, Shopify tells Actorly what, but usually not who. Actorly lines each product change up with an entry in Shopify's own activity log for the same record, within 90 seconds. A clear match shows a name and how sure Actorly is. No clear match shows Unknown. For some kinds of record Shopify keeps no record of who at all. There the change is Unknown from the start: Actorly can tell you what changed and when, but not who. That is Shopify's limit, and the table says so. **Likely** An entry in Shopify's activity log matched this change closely in time. Likely **Possible** An entry in Shopify's activity log was near this change in time. The match is weak. Possible **Unknown** Shopify does not record who made this change. This will not change later. Unknown Unknown is never replaced by a later guess. "Not attributed yet" and "Investigating" are waiting states, shown while Actorly checks. ## Start the record today.
