The Data room shows how much room your store's history uses and what is taking it. History older than your plan's window is outside the plan, and removed history cannot be brought back. Last updated October 14, 2026 ## See what is stored. 1 **Open the Data room.** Find the storage figure. 2 **Choose See what is stored.** A window lists what is taking the room: Change history, Evidence behind each change, Exports and Other. 3 **Read the figures.** A figure marked "at least" is a lower bound: the store holds so many files that Actorly stopped counting to keep the window quick. Records in your change history counts how many records of each kind there are, not how much room each takes. ## If space runs low. Actorly does not delete your history to make room. Automatic archiving to long-term storage is not built yet, so if a store reaches its limit, new changes cannot be recorded until space is freed. Actorly warns you as the space fills. ## History outside your plan. A change older than your plan's window shows as outside your plan's history, with the date it applies from. Removed history shows as History removed and cannot be brought back. Actorly Restore keeps all of your history. ## Questions. ### How far back does my history go?
