The Data room lists everything Actorly holds about your store, one page per kind of record. Open an item to see each field's value now and the history behind it. Last updated October 14, 2026 ## Open one item's history in four steps. 1 **Open the Data room.** Choose Data room in the app's menu. 2 **Choose a kind of record.** Each kind has its own page, for example your products. 3 **Find the item.** Use the Search box, the Status filter (Still in your store or Deleted) or the Changes filter (Has changes or No changes yet). Choose Show more for the next page. 4 **Open it.** Each field shows Field, Value now and History. Choose See these changes on a timeline to open the same history in Changes. ## What an item page shows. An item page splits What has changed from Everything else Actorly holds. A field that has never changed since Actorly started recording it says so, and gives the date recording started. Deleted items are counted as "deleted, still kept". It does not recreate a deleted product. It keeps the deleted product's record and its last recorded values, so you can see what it was and, on Restore, export them. ## When a page is empty. While an import runs, a page says Actorly is still importing these and the list will grow. A kind Actorly does not watch yet says so, and that is not the same as your store having none. ## Questions. ### What is the difference between the Data room and Changes? Changes is a timeline of every recorded change. The Data room is organised by item: what Actorly holds for each one, and its history. ### Where do I export my history?
