Type in the search box on Changes to search by product, field or value, then narrow the list with a date range and the filters: Resource, Change, Who, Name and Confidence. Last updated October 14, 2026 ## Find what one person changed. 1 **Open Changes.** Choose Changes in the app's menu. 2 **Set the date range.** Pick Today, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, All time or a custom range. 3 **Choose Who.** Pick Staff member, App, Shopify, Actorly, Unknown or Not attributed yet. For a staff member or an app, pick a name from the list. 4 **Read the answer.** Every row still shows the name beside its confidence word. ## Search. The search box searches the change summary, the item's name, field names and values. A person's or app's name is not a search term: use the Who filter for that. ## Filters. **Date range** Any date range, from Today to All time. **Resource** Products, discounts, themes and the other parts Actorly tracks. **Change** Created, Updated or Deleted. **Who** Staff member, App, Shopify, Actorly, Unknown or Not attributed yet. **Confidence** How sure Actorly is: Likely, Possible, Unknown, Not attributed yet or Investigating. You can sort by time, newest first or oldest first. Four counts above the table describe the whole filtered list: Changes, Resources affected, Deletions and the Oldest change. ## One product's history. To see everything that has happened to one product, open it in the Data room. It lists the values Actorly holds and every recorded change. ## Deleted items. The Deleted tab lists the deletions Actorly recorded, with the last known detail. Actorly cannot tell a deleted item from one Shopify no longer lets it read for some kinds, so it does not check those for deletions. An empty list says "No deletions seen": Actorly has not seen Shopify report a deleted item in this store, and the kinds it does not check for deletions are not covered, so it is not proof that nothing was deleted. ## Questions. ### Can I search by a person's name? Not in the search box. Use the Who filter and choose the staff member or the app, then read each row's confidence word. ### How far back does search reach?
