Overview is the first page of the app. Choose Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days, and it shows what changed, who is making changes, your restores and anything that needs your attention. Last updated October 14, 2026 ## What Overview shows. **Activity** What changed in your store, counted from Actorly's ledger, with a View all changes button. **Safety** Restores done, Restores left, With a named actor, Types watched and History kept. **Needs your attention** What Actorly could not finish or read, or All clear when nothing needs a look. **Most changed** The items that changed most in the period you chose. **Who is making changes** The people and apps Shopify's activity log matched, and how many changes have no named actor yet. **Store and plan** Your plan, how many restores you have used in the last 30 days, and Manage plan. ## Read the counts. A change is one edit to one resource, so a bulk edit that touches 40 products counts as 40 changes. Resources affected counts each product or other item once, however often it changed. With a named actor counts the changes where Shopify's activity log let Actorly match a person or app. That match is a correlation, never proof, and the other changes stay Unknown. On Actorly Watch, Restores left reads "of 1 in 30 days". On Actorly Restore it reads Unlimited. History kept is how far back your plan keeps change history. ## What Needs your attention means. **Restores that did not finish** Restores that failed or hit a conflict in the last 30 days. Open Recovery to see which values were not put back. **Resource types Actorly could not read** Actorly could not finish importing these, so changes to them are not being recorded yet. **Records that could not be processed** Shopify sent these notifications and Actorly could not write them to your history. **Resource types not checked for deletions lately** A list with no deletions is not a guarantee that none happened. **History still importing** Counts for these resource types are incomplete until their import finishes. **Resource types not watched yet** Actorly has not started recording changes to these. If some checks cannot be read, Overview says so and does not claim that nothing needs attention. ## The setup guide. 1 **Choose a plan.** Pick Actorly Watch or Actorly Restore. 2 **Let the first sync finish.** Actorly is importing your store's current state so changes have a before. 3 **Try a restore.** Edit a product title in Shopify, then open that change in Changes and choose Restore this value. You can show or hide the steps, and the guide counts how many are complete. ## Quick actions. The Quick actions card has View changes, Restore a value and Export history. Export is part of Actorly Restore. ## Questions. ### Why is a count lower than I expected? Counts for a resource type are incomplete until its first import finishes. Overview lists what is still importing under History still importing. ### What is the What Actorly watches button? It opens the list of every kind of change Actorly records.
