We do not sell personal information. This switch keeps Marketing off for the browser you are using, which is the only setting under which the website could share personal information for advertising, and records that you opted out.

## Ask us about your personal information.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted or corrected, or to opt out of sale or sharing. We answer within one month (UK and EU) or 45 days (US states), and tell you if we need more time where the law allows it. We do not send an automatic email: the team replies from [team@actorly.app](mailto:team@actorly.app) to the address you give below. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address before we act.

This form is for people whose information we hold ourselves, such as visitors to this website and the owners of stores that use Actorly. If you are a customer of a store that uses Actorly, contact the store first, because the store decides how your data is used. We help the store answer.
