The list is permanent, and everything else Actorly recorded is still in your history.
A list that looks empty.
The words say why it is empty. "Still building your history" means the first import is still running. "No changes yet" means the import finished and no change has been recorded. "No deletions seen" on the Deleted tab means Shopify has not reported a deleted item, which is not proof that none was deleted. "Nothing recorded in" a date range means records from other dates are not shown; Clear filters shows them. On Overview, an empty Most changed or Who is making changes block says "Could not be read right now" or the import reason when Actorly has not finished reading, instead of saying nothing changed.
If no changes match your filters, Actorly says your history has not changed, only this view of it. Choose Clear filters. Search finds words that start with what you typed, so "prod" finds "product".

Why does Changes say nothing recorded when I have older history?
The default view is the last 30 days. If your history is ready and that window is quiet, Actorly says nothing was recorded in that range, not "No changes yet". Choose All time to see the rest.
Does an empty list mean nothing changed?
Not on its own. Actorly separates a quiet store from an import that is still running, one that failed, and a read that did not complete.

On Overview under Needs your attention, and in the notifications.
